Welcome to the Class of 2026 Information Center! Here you'll find essential details for the upcoming senior-year events. Please mark your calendars and stay informed on what’s ahead for your final year at Beachwood High School.

Graduation Gown Measurement

  • Dates: February 3 and February 10 
  • Time: During lunch periods
  • Location: Beachwood High School Cafeteria
  • Cost: Gown rental is $50.00, billed through the Infinite Campus parent portal


Class of 2026 Virtual Senior Parent Meeting

Date: To be announced

Graduation Speech Tryouts

  • Round 1 Auditions: April 14, 2026 starting at 3:00 p.m. in Main Office Conference Room
  • Round 2 Callbacks: TBD (if needed)


Class of 2026 Prom

  • Date: Saturday, May 16, 2026
  • Time: 8:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. - Bus leaves BHS at 7:15 p.m.
  • Location: Ritz Carlton


Class of 2026 After-Prom

  • Date: Saturday, May 16, 2026 (continuing after prom)
  • Time: 11:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
  • Location: Whirley Ball

SENIOR SEARCH INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS & FAMILIES

Graduation Rehearsals (Mandatory)

Dates and Times:

  • May 15 - 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Senior Search check-out fair)
  • May 18 - 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (at Beachwood High School)
  • May 19 - 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (at Beachwood High School)
  • May 26 - Graduation Practice at Severance Hall (Bus leaves at 9:45 a.m.)


Senior Awards

  • Date: Wednesday, May 20, 2026
  • Time: Arrive at Beachwood High School by 8:00 a.m.
     

Senior Sunset and Car Parade

  • Date: Wednesday, May 20, 2026
  • Time: 7:15 p.m. - line up at BMS


Class of 2026 Commencement

  • Date: Tuesday, May 26, 2026
  • Time: 7:00 p.m. (Graduates must arrive no later than 6:00 p.m. / Doors to the Hall open at 6:00 p.m.)
  • Location: Severance Hall (Accessible seating available, underground parking for a minimal charge, arrive early for free street parking)

Note: All seniors must settle obligations including Chromebook return, textbook returns, payment of fees and fines, and return of athletic uniforms and school equipment (e.g., cameras, laptops) before participating in graduation events.
