Welcome to the Class of 2027 Information Center. Here you'll find essential details for the upcoming senior year events. Please mark your calendars and stay informed on what’s ahead for your final year at Beachwood High School.

Graduation Cap & Gown Measurement

  • Dates: December 8, February 1, February 8 
  • Time: During lunch periods
  • Location: Beachwood High School Cafeteria
  • Cost: Gown rental is $50.00, billed through the Infinite Campus parent portal


Senior Yearbook Portraits

  • Date: September 14
  • Location: BHS Auditorium
  • Note: Senior portraits are separate from underclassmen pictures


Class of 2027 Virtual Senior Parent Meeting

  • Location: Virtual Meeting
     

Graduation Speech Tryouts

  • Tryouts: April 19, starting at 3:00 p.m. in Main Office Conference Room
  • Round 2: Callbacks: TBD (if needed)

Graduation Rehearsals (Mandatory)

Dates and Times:

  • May 21 - 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (Senior Search check-out fair)
  • May 24 - 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (at Beachwood High School Community Room)
    • 12:30 p.m.-1:00 p.m. (Graduation Lunch)
    • 1:00-2:15 p.m. (Senior clapout and bus tour)
  • May 25 - 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (at Beachwood High School Auditorium)
  • May 26 - 8:00 a.m. (Graduation Practice at Severance Hall - Bus leaves BHS at 9:45 a.m.; be at school by 9:30 a.m.)
  • June 1 - 9:15 a.m. (Graduation Practice at Severance Hall - Bus leaves BHS at 9:15 a.m.; be at school by 9:00 a.m.)


Senior Awards

Senior Sunset and Car Parade

  • Date: May 27, 2027
  • Time: 7:15 p.m. - line up at BMS


Class of 2027 Commencement

  • Date: Tuesday, June 1, 2027
  • Time: 7:00 p.m. (Graduates must arrive no later than 6:00 p.m. / Doors to the Hall open at 6:00 p.m.)
  • Location: Severance Hall (Accessible seating available, underground parking for a minimal charge, arrive early for free street parking)

Note: All seniors must settle obligations including Chromebook return, textbook returns, payment of fees and fines, and return of athletic uniforms and school equipment (e.g., cameras, laptops) before participating in graduation events.
